Also known as a John Kerry presidential preview...

The wanna be demopublican presidential candidate is coming to town tonight and give Charlotte a taste of just how he plans on messing with our lives by causing gridlock downtown during a Panther game. (10 days out of 365 and this putz has to pick tonight)

Afternoon rush hour will be tangled today with presidential candidate John Kerry arriving in uptown at 6 p.m. and the Carolina Panthers playing at 8 p.m.

Streets will be closed for a short time near the Westin Hotel and Interstate 277 as Kerry arrives, but Charlotte-Mecklenburg police will not name those streets for security reasons.

Crowds will be arriving about that same time for the Panthers' first home preseason game of the season, against the New York Giants. Parking will be prohibited on streets near Bank of America Stadium.

they close all roads that he travels on in both directions...this probably means Billy Graham from the airport to 77, then 77 all the way to 277...and then 277 itself.

Okay, maybe it’s not the best idea to even joke about this on a message board. For anyone involved with the FBI or CIA,
JFK . . . . (that stands for just fuckin kidding)

I heard a rumor he might attend part of the game. Remember he is a Pats fan. Wonder if he'd don a Panther cap if he thinks it would gain a vote?

Not supporting Bush, I agree they both whore....

Republicrat or Demopublican alike comprise 2/3 of the problem and we the sheep all caught up on our pathetic apathy complete the triad of ineptitude...

We could pick the winners from the pass competition at half time to be Prez and Vice Prez and be no worse off for it....Time to just say no to Elephants and Donkeys...

    Sorry, I digress...
